About the Show
The Texas Hold'Em Show is a one-day truck and music event at the Humble Civic Center in Houston, Texas. It’s packed with awesome truck displays and live performances from multiple artists.
EVENT SCHEDULE
FRIDAY, APRIL 25
VENDOR & TRUCK SETUP DAY: 8 AM- 7 PM
*Clean-up by Sunday, April 27th at 3:00 PM
SATURDAY, APRIL 26
EVENT DAY: 8 AM - 9:30 PM

AWARDS BEGIN AT 4 PM

CONCERTS BEGIN AT 5:00 PM
POLICY
VENDOR & VEHICLE GUIDLINES

Vendor Setup Deadline: All vendors must be fully set up by Friday, April 25th.

Food Vendor Permits: All vendors selling edible items are required to have a valid food permit.

Out-of-state Food Vendors: Must obtain food permits on Friday, April 25th, at either 8:00 AM or 4:00 PM.

Non-Running Show Vehicles: All non-running show vehicles must be delivered and dropped off by Friday, May 28th.

Grounds Clearance: All tents and vehicles must be cleared from fairgrounds by Sunday, April 27th at 3:00 PM. Failure to do so will result in tow removal at the owner’s expense.

Vehicle Searches: All vehicles are subject to search.
No Weapons: Weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives, and other potentially
dangerous items, are strictly prohibited on the premises, even with a permit.
Exceptions may be made for law enforcement personnel in an official capacity.
No Burnouts: Burnouts are strictly prohibited on the premises.
No Glass Bottles: Glass bottles are not allowed for safety reasons.
No Walk-in coolers: Walk-in coolers are not allowed on site.
No Fighting: Any form of fighting or physical altercation will not be tolerated.
No Unauthorized Sales: Selling goods or services without prior authorization is not allowed.
POLICE WILL BE PRESENT. ANYONE FOUND VIOLATING THESE PROHIBITIONS WILL BE ESCORTED OFF OF THE PREMISES.
By attending the event, attendees acknowledge that their photos and/or videos maybe takena nd used by Texas Hold’em Show For promotional purposes,
including but notlimited to websites, social media, and other marketing materials.
SHOW WILL GO ON RAIN OR SHINE.
PROHIBITED ITEMS & BEHAVIORS
ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES

Parking: Attendees must park in designated areas. Unauthorized vehicles in restricted areas will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Clean-Up: Attendees and vendors are responsible for disposing of their trash in designated receptacles to maintain cleanliness throughout the event.

Pets Policy: Pets are allowed with a leash

Liability Waiver: By participating in the event, attendees and participants acknowledge and agree that they do so at their own risk. The Texas Hold 'Em show and event organizers are not responsible for any liability for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the event. Attendees and participants agree to hold the Texas Hold 'Em show and its affiliates harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from their participation in the event. By attending the Texas Hold 'Em show, you agree to these terms.

Are kids free?Kids under 10 are free.

Will there be food?Food trucks and michelada vendors will be on site serving a variety of different food options.

Are refunds allowed?All tickets purchased are non-refundable.

Are Drones allowed?No, drones are not allowed due to the proximity to IAH airport.
